Rachael's taking us on a culinary journey to Campania, one of her absolute favorite regions of Italy! We hope you will join us.
Campania is Southern Italy's gorgeous dining region lush with fresh seafood from the crystal clear Mediterranean waters, fabulous cheeses from the water buffalo and mountain sheep, rustic handmade pastas from mama's kitchen, fruity rich olive oils and minerally wines from Vesuvio's volcanic soil. From Naples to the Amalfi coast to the Bella Cilento national park, Campania's got a lot to love. So much, that Rachael re-visits this region every year to re-inspire and visit some of her favorite Italian people.
