Let's Celebrate Strega Rachael's Birthday and HOLI, the Indian Festival of Color, Love & Spring!!-- with a Multi-course Indian Family Style Feast at Strega!

A few Years back, Rachael had the incredible opportunity to travel in India, while visiting her cousin who was living there at the time. She was so inspired by the people, the colors, the spices, and of course---The food. Join us for this very special dinner, highlighting Rachael's Memories!

Holi, the Indian Holiday to honor spring, good over evil & color is celebrated at the end of winter during the full moon. People gather, have bonfires & throw color powder at each other. We will have color powder available for throwing on our outdoor patio with a bonfire! Those who don't wish to participate can stay inside, but participation is encouraged!! Colorful fun outfits are also encouraged!

Kalakand (Sweet Cheese Fudge with Cardamom and Pistachio)
