Cooking Classes with Rachael: Cavatelli Time!

Join Rachael to learn the basics of water-dough pasta and a few sauces! The focus will be cavatelli this time!!

Tickets include dinner to follow the class, and we are offering tickets for those of you with friends or family who would like to skip class but join in for dinner!

We will kick off the afternoon by diving right into pasta dough! While the pasta dough rests, we'll get to know each other with a glass of wine and a small selection of appetizers. Then we will explore a few different sauces and talk about shapes. We will break into small groups and get rolling! Recipes will be provided and we encourage you to take notes!

Cavatelli is one of the best shapes to learn, because it requires no special equipment but our own hands. Invite your friends, your family, and join us for a lot of fun!
