Indigenous Selections Wine Dinner: A Trip Through Italy's gorgeous regions! With Special Guest Mike Fifer from Imperial Bev!

Join us for Multi-course and Multi-Regional Dinner Event! Indigenous brings in wonderful wineries showcasing wines that are sustainable, using their own estate fruits, and highlighting indigenous wines from different regions in Italy. We are so excited to take you on this culinary journey, so buckle your seatbelt, we are going on an Italian Culinary Tour!! Sample Menu coming soon!! Reservations strongly encouraged for this dinner. Wine pairing strongly recommended but not mandatory if you prefer to be the designated driver ;)

We are so excited to team up with fellow wine enthusiasts from Imperial for this Indigenous Selections Wine Dinner! Mike Fifer is a Wine Brand Manager with Imperial Beverage.  He has been in the wine biz for more than a decade and his passion is European wine!  He can't wait to share his passion for wine with this fun trip thought Italy! Each wine imported by Indigenous Selections has its own unique story that unfolds as it is poured into a glass.

Founded in 2006 by winemaker Giorgio Rivetti, Indigenous Selections represents a collection of hand-selected wineries crafting the finest and most authentic representations of what Italy has to offer. Having a winemaker at the company helm allows us to truly understand, and therefore be able to narrate, the stories of each of the products we represent.

Our portfolio includes wines from Piedmont, Tuscany, Veneto, Campania, Sicily and Friuli and is completed by a selection of Indigenous label wines, each of which has been hand-selected by Giorgio Rivetti to offer an interesting and authentic Italian wine experience."

Primi in Tuscany!:

....First in Northern Costal Tuscany on the Ligurian Border with La Spinetta Rosato paired with Trofie & Ligurian Pesto

....Then a short drive to an inland Hill town for Rustic Handmade Pappardelle with an array of Locally Grown Mushrooms & Red wine Sauce to pair with this Earthy Rosso di Montalcino from Ciacci made with declassified Brunello Grapes!

Secondi...Let's hop a flight to Sicily to experience some of Mt. Etna's majesty! :

Swordfish with Salmoriglio Sauce with Etna Bianco

Then Barbazzale Rosso- a Buttery & Gamey Red to Pair with Rich Lamb, Orange Fennel & Olive Stew

Finale- A quick flight to experience the Dolce in Piemonte!
