A Tropical January, Filipino Style! (Saturday 1/10)

Saturday January 10, 2026 · Seatings from 5-9pm · $75/person (Beverage Pairings $45)

Ciao Amici!

Hopefully now we are fully excited about the winter spirit, high off of the holidays, and ready to play in the snow....for the next 3 months! Well, maybe 5 months.

But! Maybe to welcome the winter right, we need a night of tropical fun. In January! So, dress in your Tropical best (or just wear a bathing suit), and come to Strega for an evening filled with umbrella drinks and tropical dishes! And... Rachael had the opportunity to visit the Philippines, and she's excited to share the fresh inspiration!

Filipino cuisine's history is a rich fusion of indigenous Austronesian food traditions with major influences from Chinese, Spanish, and American traders and colonizers, along with other Asian culinary practices. Key developments include the incorporation of rice, coconut, and fish from the pre-colonial era, followed by soy sauce and noodles from Chinese traders, and tomatoes, garlic, and vinegar from Spanish colonization and the Manila Galleon trade. We are so excited to share our findings!

Please Join us for this very special dinner series! Round up your friends, your best tropical outfits, and make reservations with the link below.
